A second international meeting of the project "No Gaps - Transnational methodology for socia-labor intervention with young women asylum seekers and refugees” happened in the period 3-4.06.2019 in Vienna, Austria. The project is with Reg. No. 2018-2-ESO2-KA205-011654 and is co-financed by the European Union's Erasmus+ Program.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the five partner organizations - Guarani NGO (ES), Solidaridad sin Fronteras (ES), KEK IEKEP (GR), BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH (AT), Gender Alternatives Foundation (BG).

The meeting provided an opportunity to track the progress of the project so far, with each organization giving a presentation related to their project responsibilities. The partners shared information about the local context in which they work, too. An important part of the meeting was the discussion of the forthcoming innovative database, which will contain 54 good practices from different European countries related to the integration and empowerment of women asylum seekers and migrants. The database is under development and will be posted on the project website www.nogaps.eu. It will be available in five languages - English, German, Bulgarian, Spanish and Greek.
Other highlights of the meeting were defining the structure of the Training Methodology for professionals working with asylum seekers and migrant women. It will contain five main chapters - Career guidance and counseling; Intercultural communication (civic skills); Implement a gender sensitive approach; Practical activities and entrepreneurship; Life Plan.
